The Bluegrass Medical Pavilion is located just off of route 25 on Yorkshire Dr.  Take route 4 to route 25 south.  Drive South on route 25 approximately 1 to 1 1/2 miles to Yorkshire Dr. (Yorkshire Dr. is 2 blocks South of Man-O-War) turn East. We are adjacent to the hospital.
