William L. O'Neill Jr, M.D.

Dr. O'Neill is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and St. Louis University School of Medicine. He completed a General Surgery Residency at the University of South Florida, a Plastic Surgery Residency and a Microsurgery Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine and a Hand Surgery Fellowship at the Christine M. Kleinert Institute for Hand and Microsurgery. He  served as Chief of Hand Surgery at the VA Hospital until 1997. He then moved to Lexington, KY to establish a dedicated office to serve Central and Eastern Kentucky.
