Have you run 1 or 2 half marathons and want to improve your finishing time?
Bluegrass Orthopaedics will be having training plans for (3) half marathons this coming fall, with training runs 1-2x/week leading up to (3) different half marathons.
Training runs will occur out on the Legacy Trail on Saturday morning at 8AM and Sunday evening at 5PM. All runs will start at North Legacy Trailhead off of Ironworks Pike. Our training programs are authored by BGO’s athletic trainer Dan Volpe and the rehab department. Athletic Trainers are movement experts, so BGO’s plan is designed to get you to the finish line feeling CONFIDENT, PREPARED, and INJURY FREE!
