Expert Diagnosis Reveals Thumb Pain Cause
I went to Dr Favetto for problems with my thumb. I had been told by another dr it was arthritis and may need surgery. I wasn’t comfortable with that diagnosis with the kind of symptoms I was having.
Dr Favetto did X-ray with a very through exam and told me he thought it was my neck. He did X-rays on my neck and guess what. I start therapy and that should take care of my problems.
He is so polite, and the exam was far beyond anything I had received prior.

Successful Tendon Surgery And Rehab
Dr. Favetto performed surgery on my left hand due to a tendon that snapped due to RA. The surgery went great and the tendon repaired. After great therapy at BGO and follow up visits with Dr. Favetto I have full use once again of my hand. I have nothing but great things to say about BGO, from the surgical staff to the rehab department. Everyone is very friendly, caring and Dr. Favetto takes the time to answer any questions I have. Great place and I would highly recommend it for anyone .

Dr Favetto is one of my favorite doctors. He has excellent bedside manners. He takes time with his patients. He wants to make sure that you get the best care. I had a break at the elbow and torn ligaments in my thumb. After the elbow healed by hand required surgery from my fall so he performed carpal tunnel surgery. I feel very blessed to have a compassionate doctor. His staff is the best as well. Cudos to Bluegrass Orthopedics and Dr. Favetto!!!

Physician Assistants Effective For Injuries
I had an appointment with Dr, Favetto; I never saw him but his physician assistant, Chester. There was no waiting. He was fine. He examined me, ordered an X-ray, and sent me to have a cast for my thumb ligament tear. I never waited more than a few minutes. For common injuries like mine, physician assistants do as well as M.D.s .
