I had a severely swollen and painful hand and after my family doctor called he got me in immediately and then also scheduled a followup a few days later. All while booked up and I didn't have more than 15 minutes wait. Visit was perfect! Nobody wants to hear they need shoulder replacement surgery, but that was exactly what I heard. Dr Donegan cheerful, professional, and showed a funny side that was reassuring.

From the outset, I received excellent care. But more importantly, he always took time to listen, and to understand, and then respond honestly and with straight talk. I can’t brag on Dr. Donegan enough. I saw him for an injury after being completely written off by another doctor. He reviewed my scans with me and explained what he was seeing and for the first time in the three months since my injury...I can’t brag on Dr. Donegan enough.
