Dr Harrod is a very thorough doctor.He listens and asks you plenty of questions, really takes his time with you and truly listens to best understand you to find the best treatment for you.I believe he truly cares for his patients!! I’ve been to 3 other foot doctors in the last few years and he’s by far the BEST. Obviously I have found the right Doctor!!!

Dr. Christiansen obviously cares deeply for his patients and surgical outcomes. He takes ample time to explain procedures, answer questions, and include the patient in the decision process. He has performed four knee and hip replacements for me and which have been successful and he continues to follow up after several years. I would not go anywhere else.

Dr Christensen has a deserved reputation as “the best” - his work along with an excellent support staff made a very good experience for my two hip replacement surgeries- his practice has an excellent communication setup that keeps you informed about what to do prior and after surgery - then his practice has a great physical therapy program - I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Dr Christensen goes above & beyond to give you the best possible care. He prays for you , explains everything to you and makes sure you understand anything. He gave me my quality of life back . I trust him totally.

Dr. McGonigle spends the time needed to see you and answer your questions. After seeing several doctors with my complaints of hip and leg pain, Dr McGonigle found the problem, did surgery and I am now pain free after years of trying to get answers and help from other doctors. He is excellent.

I was treated with kindness and compassion. Dr. McGonigle explained the problem with my knee. He did not push surgery and we tried other treatments first. When I ended up having to have surgery he explained the procedure clearly and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Bluegrass Orthopedics to anyone for orthopedic needs. They are all wonderful.

I went to Dr. McGonigle Friday for my one year follow up I would encourage anyone with knee issues to make an appointment with Bluegrass Orthopaedics! As one of the most caring professionals I have ever seen when he walked in the it was for me like seeing a friend as always he was very professional! He showed me my xrays checked the incision and advised he likes to check on patients every 5 years or so to check the knee but if I had any problems with either knee to contact them before 5 years like he knew my aversion to Doctors! Thank you Dr. McGonigle!

Our experience was very positive… I am a new patient & didn’t know what to expect. But the wait was short, the staff were efficient & nice, and Dr. Schafer was exceptional! He was relaxed, friendly, kind, informative, again, efficient and his exam was thorough. He was honest in what could & couldn’t be done for my pain. However his treatment did decrease the pain!

Dr. Schafer was recommended highly from Dr. D'Angelo when I had a fall and Dr. Schafer was very informative and showed me my scans and recommended a partial knee replacement. He also did a total hip replacement on my mother and she has done great with it. We feel that BGO doctors, nurses and physical therapist all work well to make the most uncomfortable situation a very comfortable experience mentally, physically and emotionally. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

A Bluegrass Orthopedics walk-in clinic? What a great idea! In less than an hour, I was triaged, x-rayed, seen and treated by Lori Rangel, fitted with a walking shoe, and out the door. Bluegrass Orthopedics has been my go-to for 15 years — this clinic is such a convenience!

Visited the walk-in clinic first thing on a Monday morning after a Sunday night fall, and was out by 9am with a diagnosis, boot, scooter, and follow-up plan. Very efficient and everyone was friendly and kind!

Such a great clinic. To be able to walk in with an injury and get fantastic care is amazing. Wait time was minimal. Staff was all very kind.

After my total hip replacement surgery the professional staff at the Bluegrass Orthopaedics Physical Therapy in Brannon Crossing were so helpful for me. I am able to do all that I choose to do now with no pain. My stamina and flexibility have returned to what they were years ago! Bethany in particular at the Brannon Crossing location was so helpful with her attention, communication skills, coaching and direction. She truly helped me to do more than I could have done on my own.

Dr. Travis Hunt is a wonderful doctor. He cares about his patients, is highly qualified, and a very good listener. He did my surgery when no other doctor would — and took me out of a lot of pain. Thank you, Dr. Hunt.

Dr. Hunt thoroughly answered my questions and concerns. He gave me several options and explained everything clearly, from physical therapy to surgery. He listened carefully and was very knowledgeable.

Dr. Huff explained my health issues in everyday language, very easy to understand. He answered all my questions and concerns, and I feel perfectly at ease having him operate on me.

Dr. Huff is very supportive of my efforts to get my life back after having both hips replaced. It’s amazing to do things I haven’t done in years — and he takes time to advise me on which exercises are helpful and which might be too hard on my new hip joints.

He is very personable and kind. He listens well and doesn’t rush to quick fixes. I was impressed that he didn’t push steroid injections right away — instead, he offered several thoughtful options to try first.
