Bluegrass Orthopaedics' London is an orthopedic clinic open on Wednesdays. Hip and knee specialist Dr. Eric Schafer, as well as physician assistant Michelle Ladanyi, PA-C, serve athletes of all ages at this location. BGO is also the official sports medicine provider for local area high schools with athletic trainers caring for the high school student-athletes at Corbin High School.

Dr. Hunt takes his time to explain everything to you. He is very caring and is a absolutely wonderful surgeon. He replaced my hip and I had minimal pain and recovered very well. We are both around 60 years of age and while we have been healthy (knock wood) most of our lives, we have still seen a fair amount of doctors and their staff. This is by far the friendliest and most competent office we have ever been in. You are greeted with a smile by a wonderful staff, not a vacant stare or rude comment anywhere. Each person we interacted with knew their job and answered our questions quickly. Dr. Huff is so impressive, looks you in the eye and doesn’t make you feel like he is in a hurry to see his next patient. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeff has been putting off knee replacement surgery for a lot of years and when we left Dr. Huff’s office he told me that after meeting with Dr. Huff, he felt good about having the surgery and wasn’t nearly as nervous as he was before going in.
