Bluegrass Orthopaedics' London is an orthopedic clinic open on Wednesdays. Hip and knee specialist Dr. Eric Schafer, as well as physician assistant Michelle Ladanyi, PA-C, serve athletes of all ages at this location. BGO is also the official sports medicine provider for local area high schools with athletic trainers caring for the high school student-athletes at Corbin High School.

I could tell he was more than interested in my past issues and really listened to what I had to say. I could tell he was more than interested in my past issues and really listened to what I had to say. Dr. Harrod provided a couple of options that did not include surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Harrod and, if need be, will see him again should I continue to have issues with my foot.

From my first visit to the time of my OUTPATIENT hip replacement yesterday everything was as professional as a well oiled machine, but also personalized. My assigned nurse called this morning to check on me. Almost no pain at all. It has been a day and a half and my main concern is not overdoing my movement, cause I feel like I could generally do anything I wanted to do. Thanks to Dr. Balthrop and his first rate staff!

I thank GOD for the knowledge and talent that HE has given to Dr. Christensen. I think most importantly you need to do the therapy as I think it helps you to have a speedy recovery. I'm now going to have surgery on my other knee soon. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I had TKR's on both knees in past year & while the recovery was a challenging & painful process, I am 100% pleased with the results. He was always willing to listen to my concerns and questions. His PA's Matt & Evan are the best! And, Dr Christensen referred me to awesome Physical Therapists: Chris for in-home PT & Bethany for outpatient PT at Blue Grass Orthopedics.
