Bluegrass Orthopaedics' London is an orthopedic clinic open on Wednesdays. Hip and knee specialist Dr. Eric Schafer, as well as physician assistant Michelle Ladanyi, PA-C, serve athletes of all ages at this location. BGO is also the official sports medicine provider for local area high schools with athletic trainers caring for the high school student-athletes at Corbin High School.

His assistant, Deana Price started the process with my insurance. After 14 visits and 8 procedures, my hands are fully functional! I was in the exam room at my scheduled times. He is so knowledgeable and personable to boot! I have a history of blood clots and even though I tried to talk him into just taking aspirin after surgery, he insisted on my taking Eliquis. Good thing, because even on that RX, I began to develop a clot in my leg. He responded appropriately and I won’t argue with him again! He was100% right! I highly recommend him!
