BJ Hart, PTA

Biography

BJ Hart, PTA, brings a patient-centered and encouraging approach to every stage of rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, he values building strong connections with his patients, taking the time to listen to their stories, understand their goals, and support them through each step of recovery.

BJ earned his undergraduate degree from Morehead State University from 2005 to 2008 and later completed his Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Somerset Community College in 2015. He has a special interest in treating sports-related injuries, acute lumbar conditions, and guiding patients through recovery after knee replacement surgery.

A key part of BJ’s approach is education. He believes patients feel more confident and empowered when they understand their recovery journey. By providing a clear roadmap and helping patients visualize their progress from start to finish, he creates a supportive environment where individuals feel motivated and in control of their care.

What drives BJ most is seeing patients return to the activities and routines that matter to them, whether that is getting back to work, staying active, or simply enjoying everyday life without limitations.

Outside of the clinic, BJ enjoys golfing, working out, and spending time with his kids. A fun fact about him is that he once appeared on a reality TV show.
