Biography

Michael Kempke, PT, ATC, brings decades of experience and a patient-first approach to every stage of rehabilitation. He is dedicated to helping individuals progress at a pace that feels right for them, offering encouragement and perspective along the way. By helping patients recognize how far they’ve come, he empowers them to regain confidence and realize what they’re capable of achieving.

Michael earned his degree from Daemen College in 1989 and later became a certified Athletic Trainer through SUNY at Buffalo in 2001. He has a strong clinical interest in post-operative rehabilitation and has extensive experience supporting athletes on the sidelines, particularly in lacrosse and football.

Passionate about staying active himself, Michael enjoys helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them. He spent 28 years as a member of the National Ski Patrol at Holimont in Ellicottville, New York, and continues to live an active lifestyle in Kentucky, where he enjoys kayaking, shooting, hunting, and maintaining a small farm.

For Michael, the most rewarding part of his work is seeing patients get back to doing what they love.
