Biography

Zach Major, PT, DPT grew up in northern Kentucky before attending The University of Kentucky. After his undergraduate education, Zach remained at UK for his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He has significant interest in bridging the gap between PT and fitness/performance, including getting athletes back to competing at their best. Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife Elaine and family, as well as meeting friends for coffee, watching Star Wars and the Marvel movies, weightlifting, hiking, and cheering on UK Athletics and the Cincinnati Bengals.
