I had the carpal tunnel surgery 8-26 on my right hand with 3 finger tendon releases. Everything went smoothly, so about 10 weeks later I had the left hand done, and was happy with the outcome.

Office: Busy, efficient, but always friendly
Like most doctor office operations, suffers from having patient repeatedly write/enter name, phone, email, spouse, etc. on various forms / at top of page on each page on same form - probably a legal thing.
Suggestion: Make the process more efficient - allow patient to enter med history on tablet for upload to database. Paper process takes too long, medically trained staff should not have to re-type the info - their time is too valuable

Thorough Care And Practical Guidance
Dr Favetto was thorough, and to the point during my visit. He answered all my questions and concerns about my injury. He explained in detail what I can expect over the next few weeks and months with my healing and therapy. I have been very concerned about the loss of feeling due to my injury and he offered me sensible answers and practical options if the feeling does not return in a reasonable amount of time. He has a pretty good sense of humor too.
The staff is great as well.
BGO does run behind schedule but I attribute that to them doing what is needed to be take care of the people they are seeing.
