I had a reverse shoulder replacement after failing a previous regular replacement followed by a fall & fracture after the first surgery. He let me know all my options & was totally open as to any possible complications. I am so happy with my outcome & recommend him highly to anyone especially anyone with a complex issue. In both instances, from the receptionist all the way up to the great doc himself, everyone was courteous, polite, professional, and sincerely understanding and helpful of/to my injury. As for Dr. Harrod—Fantastic! Most importantly, he’s competent. Second most important, he explains everything to the patient and allows ample time for questions.
