In both instances, from the receptionist all the way up to the great doc himself, everyone was courteous, polite, professional, and sincerely understanding and helpful of/to my injury. As for Dr. Harrod—Fantastic! Most importantly, he’s competent. Second most important, he explains everything to the patient and allows ample time for questions.

He did not schedule be for a second consult visit just to run up another bill. He quickly diagnosed and had a solution to my problem. I needed a shot directly in the area to help with my pain. He explain what I should expect over the next weeks and then said he would want to check my progress in a few weeks. He is a great Doctor who treats all of his patients the same. Great 1st visit.
