ORTHOPAEDIC TELEMEDICINE APPOINTMENTS

A Streamlined Method to be Seen Quicker

Bluegrass Orthopaedics invites patients to schedule telemedicine virtual video appointments as a convenient and secure alternative to in-person visits with one of our orthopaedic specialists. BGO's total joint specialist, Dr. Christian Christensen, is now offering this service for patients who qualify!

In order to qualify for a telemedicine appointment, Dr. Christensen is asking patients to do the following:

  • Patient must be 40+ years of age and have previously tried injections and physical therapy
  • Complete the questionnaire
  • Upload X-Rays and any other images


    • *Questionnaires will be reviewed by our clinical team and the patient will be contacted by BGO*

This is by far the friendliest and most competent office we have ever been in. You are greeted with a smile by a wonderful staff, not a vacant stare or rude comment anywhere. Each person we interacted with knew their job and answered our questions quickly. Dr. Huff is so impressive, looks you in the eye and doesn’t make you feel like he is in a hurry to see his next patient. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeff has been putting off knee replacement surgery for a lot of years and when we left Dr. Huff’s office he told me that after meeting with Dr. Huff, he felt good about having the surgery and wasn’t nearly as nervous as he was before going in.

    Would highly recommend Dr. Donegan. I tore my labrum in my right shoulder, and he really knew how to fix it correctly. Throughout the recovery phase he really kept me in the loop with what I needed to do and answered all my questions. I have another surgery on my left shoulder, and I will be returning.     Dr. Favetto is simply the best. I have seen him off and on for at least 15 yrs. I first saw him after a complicated hand fracture when he was with Kleinert and Kutz. I later followed him to Bluegrass Ortho. Now he is treating my trigger... Dr. Favetto is simply the best. I have seen him off and on for at least 15 yrs. I first saw him after a complicated hand fracture when he was with Kleinert and Kutz. I later followed him to Bluegrass Ortho. Now he is treating my trigger fingers. He also operated on my son's left hand about 5 years ago (who is a violinist in the Cleveland Orchestra). My family loves Dr Favetto and won't stop anywhere until we get to him for any hand problems that come up. I also refer any patient of mine who has a complicated hand or arm problem to him.

    I would highly recommend Dr. Jason Harrod for any kind of foot problems! He is a wonderful person and a very caring doctor that is extremely knowledgeable!

    Dr. Hunt answered thoroughly answered my questions and concerns. He gave me several options and explained the possibilities from physical therapy to surgery. He listened to what I had to say and was very knowledgeable.

    Dr. Donegan was fantastic. He is definitely all about making sure the patient comes first. He explains everything and gives you a timeline about your injury so that you can make a educated decision. He had to jump through hoops to get... Dr. Donegan was fantastic.     Dr. Hunt is amazing. After living in pain from previous failed back surgeries he was able to take away the majority of my pain. He always had my best interest in mind when deciding on best route of treatment
