Bluegrass Orthopaedics' Sports Medicine location has 3 physicians and 3 physician assistants specializing in hip, knee, elbow, shoulder, and foot and ankle. This location is conveniently located right off Richmond Road, just outside of Man O' War Blvd. The Sports Medicine Clinic also provides patients with an on-site imaging, a full Physical Therapy Clinic, and the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill.

Be evaluated by our fellowship-trained orthopedic doctors and specialists at our Sports Medicine Clinic at our daily walk-in clinic! The "BGONow" sports medicine walk-in clinic is recommended for athletes of all ages who have sustained an orthopaedic injury within the last 72 hours, and is open:
Monday through Friday from 7:30AM-4:00PM
Saturday Morning from 8:00-10:00AM (*Closed Holiday Weekends)
Be seen by an orthopaedic specialist with fellowship training, and save the emergency room expense!

My surgery was completely successful. I have full use of my thumb. Dr ONeill treated me with respect. He knew I was experiencing pain and he was most kind and caring. I highly recommend this surgeon.

I can’t brag on Dr. Donegan enough. I saw him for an injury after being completely written off by another doctor. Highly recommend Dr. Kevin Denehey! I've seen allot of Dr's over the years, and extremely happy I accidentally found all the Dr's at Bluegrass Orthopedics. He is so knowledgeable and personable to boot! I have a history of blood clots and even though I tried to talk him into just taking aspirin after surgery, he insisted on my taking Eliquis. Good thing, because even on that RX, I began to develop a clot in my leg. He responded appropriately and I won’t argue with him again! He was100% right! I highly recommend him!

Throughout the recovery phase he really kept me in the loop with what I needed to do and answered all my questions. I have another surgery on my left shoulder, and I will be returning.
