Bluegrass Orthopaedics' Sports Medicine location has 3 physicians and 3 physician assistants specializing in hip, knee, elbow, shoulder, and foot and ankle. This location is conveniently located right off Richmond Road, just outside of Man O' War Blvd. The Sports Medicine Clinic also provides patients with an on-site imaging, a full Physical Therapy Clinic, and the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill.

Be evaluated by our fellowship-trained orthopedic doctors and specialists at our Sports Medicine Clinic at our daily walk-in clinic! The "BGONow" sports medicine walk-in clinic is recommended for athletes of all ages who have sustained an orthopaedic injury within the last 72 hours, and is open:
Monday through Friday from 7:30AM-4:00PM
Saturday Morning from 8:00-10:00AM (*Closed Holiday Weekends)
Be seen by an orthopaedic specialist with fellowship training, and save the emergency room expense!

Dr. C needed an Xray prior to my hip replacement. An XRay tech came in early to do it. Unfortunately, I don't know her name,however, she was awesome too. I couldn't recommend both the health care and the facility any higher. This was my second encounter with the surgery center and Dr. C., which I think speaks highly of both.

Workers Compensation denied Dr. Donegan. They assigned me a surgeon at UK Orthopedics. This UK surgeon missed 2 major medical steps in my recovery. Dr. Donegan repaired my shoulder with quality recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Donegan if you have shoulder issues. You will not regret it.

I had the carpal tunnel surgery 8-26 on my right hand with 3 finger tendon releases. Everything went smoothly, so about 10 weeks later I had the left hand done, and was happy with the outcome.

Dr Huff gave me my life back. Since a teenage, I have knee problems due to bone growth issues. My pain was unbelievable. I couldn't walk any distance at all. Within two weeks, I was walking without any assistance. The pain from the surgery and recovery was nothing. Today I can walk any where I want and as long as I want without pain. THANK YOU Dr. Huff.

I would have to rate Dr. O'Neill as excellent. Not only is he competent, but very knowledgable. He did carpel tunnel surgery on my right hand in 2009 and I have had NO residual numbness. I started having pain in my thumb joints in...I would have to rate Dr. O'Neill as excellent. Not only is he competent, but very knowledgable. He did carpel tunnel surgery on my right hand in 2009 and I have had NO residual numbness. I started having pain in my thumb joints in November, 2015 and the pain remained constant. I saw Dr. O'Neill in May, 2016. He recommended injections and advised they may be painful. I had them in both thumbs and by the next day, I have no pain in my thumbs joints! I am extremely satisfied!
