Bluegrass Orthopaedics' Sports Medicine location has 3 physicians and 3 physician assistants specializing in hip, knee, elbow, shoulder, and foot and ankle. This location is conveniently located right off Richmond Road, just outside of Man O' War Blvd. The Sports Medicine Clinic also provides patients with an on-site imaging, a full Physical Therapy Clinic, and the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill.

Be evaluated by our fellowship-trained orthopedic doctors and specialists at our Sports Medicine Clinic at our daily walk-in clinic! The "BGONow" sports medicine walk-in clinic is recommended for athletes of all ages who have sustained an orthopaedic injury within the last 72 hours, and is open:
Monday through Friday from 7:30AM-4:00PM
Saturday Morning from 8:00-10:00AM (*Closed Holiday Weekends)
Be seen by an orthopaedic specialist with fellowship training, and save the emergency room expense!

Doctor Huff and the staff at BGO was able to get me in for surgery pretty quick for a detached quad tendon. He was very assuring about the procedure and the outcome of the surgery. I've been going here for years. I've been seen for my ankle, knee and shoulder. He has done MRI's on everything and ordered xrays when needed. He has always been so thorough and helpful. He had no issues with signing forms for when in was in high school to get out of gym class until healed.

Each time that I have visited BGO I have been treated with the utmost respect and concern for my health and welfare. Dr. Vasicek and her associates perform at the highest of professionalism. As for my knee replacement, the surgery went exceptionally well as is the post surgery rehabilitation.
I would recommend Dr. Vasicek to anyone requiring orthopedic help.

Dr. Hunt is amazing. He was the 1 doctor after 3 others that found the problem in my shoulder. I can’t thank him enough. Septic arthritis is so painful and dangerous.
