He was very nice and professional. Made me feel very comfortable for my visit. I had a broken collarbone from an accident and he said it was a good break as it should heal fast. I see him again on Dec 2nd for a checkup.

Dr. Harrod saw me for an ankle injury. He was my second opinion after my being dissatisfied with the treatment I received at another clinic. He clearly explained his reasoning and what to expect. Ultimately, I did have the surgery, and I’m glad I did, it fixed me right up. Dr. Harrod is friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely listens.

I went to see Dr. Harrod about my bunion on my right foot. After looking at x-rays and learning about my ability to walk well in wide athletic shoes, he recommended that I not have surgery at this time. Since I have arthritis in my big...I went to see Dr. Harrod about my bunion on my right foot. After looking at x-rays and learning about my ability to walk well in wide athletic shoes, he recommended that I not have surgery at this time. Since I have arthritis in my big toe joint, the recovery time would be 3-4 months. I was surprised but pleased that Dr. Harrod told me that he could fix my bunion problem, but advised me to wait until I was having difficulty walking. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the staff at Bluegrass Orthopaedics, and with Dr. Harrod's professionalism.
