Arthroscopic elbow surgery or simple tendon repairs may take 4 to 6 weeks to recover, while elbow fracture repair, ligament reconstruction, or elbow replacement surgery may take 3 to 6 months or more. Follow doctor instructions and attend appointments and physical therapy sessions to ensure successful recovery.
